Return Policy | Peraturan Pengembalian Barang

    1. You are eligible to return the product you have ordered and received, and do not need to pay an additional carriage cost or servicing cost as you have paid in completing your order, if only :
    a) The product you have received is not the same with the product you have ordered, in terms of article and color name.
    b) The product you have received has defect or damage in any condition upon receiving.
    c) The product you wish to return has not been worn and/or washed, and in complete and perfect condition (in their original packaging, with tags and original receipt) as it is as when you received it.
    d) The product can only be returned within a maximum period of 5 days after the order is received.

    2. How do I make a return ?
    a) Contact to our Customer Service at cd@factor.co.id within 5 days of receipt of items and provide the following information such as; Order No, Purchased article or product name, Return reason & attached picture of product that you received.
    b) Our Customer Service will contact you by email or telephone to confirmation the return.
    c) We will arrange time with you to deliver the new product. The delivery address for deliver the exchange should be the exact same address with the order address during return process.
    d) Once your return is received and inspected by our Customer Service (usually within 3-5 days working days of receipt), your refund will be processed and issued to your bank account within 3-5 days working days.
    e) Any returns that are damaged when we receive them will not be processed. We are not responsible for items that are returned to us in error.

    3. You can exchange the item that have been purchased with other size or another product with the following condition :
    a) Exchanges for a product with higher price, the customer will need to make payment on the price difference.
    b) For a product with lower price, the residual cost will not be funded
    c) The product still in complete and perfect condition (in their original packaging, with tags and original invoice) as it is as when you received it.
    d) Stock of the desired product is still available.
    e) Shipping charge is under account buyer.
    f) After shipping charges and any price difference payment is transferred to the account BCA PT.Amiti Global, please kindly do confirmation to our Customer Service by email or phone.

    1. Anda dapat mengembalikan barang yang telah dipesan dan diterima, dan tidak dikenakan biaya tambahan atau biaya jasa selama anda telah membayar pesanan anda, dengan syarat :
    a) Barang yang Anda terima tidak sesuai dengan yang pesanan, berdasarkan nama artikel dan warna barang.
    b) Barang yang Anda terima cacat atau rusak.
    c) Barang yang akan di kembalikan tidak boleh dalam keadaan telah digunakan dan dicuci. Barang harus dalam keadaan lengkap dan kondisi yang sama seperti saat anda menerima barang (lengkap dengan lebel harga dan bukti pembayaran).
    d) Barang dapat dikembalikan dalam jangka waktu maksimal 5 hari setelah barang diterima.

    2. Proses pengembalian :
    a) Hubungi Customer Service kami di cs@factor.co.id dalam jangka waktu setelah 5 hari barang di terima dan menyertakan informasi; Nomor pesanan, Nama artikel, Alasan pengembalian & lampiran foto barang yang Anda terima
    b) Customer Service kami akan menghubungi Anda melalui alamat surat elektronik (email) atau telepon untuk mengkonfirmasi.
    c) Kami akan mengatur waktu untuk mengirimkan kembali barang baru. Alamat pengiriman untuk penukaran barang harus sama dengan alamat pemesanan saat pengembalian di proses.
    d) Saat barang kami terima dan diperiksa oleh Customer Service kami (dalam waktu 3-5 hari kerja setelah diterima), pengembalian dana akan diproses dan di kirimkan ke akun bank Anda dalam waktu 3-5 hari kerja.
    e) Semua barang yang dikembalikan dalam keadaan rusak (kecuali barang yang memang cacat), maka tidak akan Kami proses. Kami tidak bertanggung jawab atas hal ini.

    3. Anda dapat menukar barang dengan ukuran lain atau barang lain dengan ketentuan sebagai berikut :
    a) Anda dapat menukar barang dengan harga lebih tinggi, dengan syarat biaya kekurangannya di transfer ke rekening yang telah tersedia.
    b) Untuk barang dengan harga yang lebih murah, biaya kelebihan tidak akan dikembalikan.
    c) Masih ada label harga dan bon pembelian.
    d) Stok yang anda inginkan masih tersedia.
    e) Biaya pengiriman ditanggung oleh pembeli.
    f) Setelah biaya pengiriman dan selisih harga ditransfer ke rekening BCA PT.Amiti Global dan setelah melakukan transfer harap konfirmasi ke Customer Service kami melalui email atau telepon.
